Some friends and I booked a sourdough class with Sue because we were eager to learn the secret to making sourdough. Sue created the most fun atmosphere with a bread sample bar and small soda bar. While we snacked she taught us the basics of sourdough and sourdough starter. She then walked us through making our own bread and we made our own. She gave us an easy to follow step by step guide to making sourdough bread as well as a starter so we can continue making bread. I took Sue’s sourdough 101 class with my girlfriends, and what a fun night! Sue was an excellent teacher and hostess.
So hesitant to post this review because I want to keep this delicious secret micro bakery all to myself! Best sourdough we have ever had. We started with ordering one loaf per week, then upped to 2 loaves because that raspberry chocolate is an absolute must. Now we are up to 3 loaves per week becausethe kids go through a loaf within minutes of bringing it home! Its usually still warm when we pick it up so we just can't resist. Highly recommend!
