I usually have a decent experience here and mainly come because it’s close by. I typically get my underarms and lower legs waxed when my regular place isn’t available, and those appointments have always been fine. This time, however, I decided to book a Brazilian wax, and it was by far the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. Went there for my first time with threading ever, I was really nervous. Nilam Patel was very gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Great experience, I will be returning for my eyebrows and upper lip.
They are not good with eyebrow threading! Don't go! Now I have to wait for my eyebrow to grow back!!!
Preetty is my go to lady for eyebrows! She’s super sweet and always takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. She pays attention to detail and always leaves my brows looking amazing!! I always call to make sure she’s there :)
I asked for full face wax or thread (I had no preference). Lady said I had a couple pimples so she didn’t want to touch my lower cheeks and I said ok. She charged me individually for upper lip, chin, sideburns and eyebrows which costs more than the cost of a full face and covered less area.
