I booked an appointment here for brow lamination and it was my first time doing it. Preety was clear throughout the process and explained to me what the steps were. She was very detailed which i appreciated. I was expecting the appointment to take 1hr however it only took 30 mins. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not but I was happy to gain back some time in my day! I plan on going back and hope I see Preety again
The shop is nice and clean, but some estheticians need more training in hygienic practice. They are sloppy, fast, and the one I had today had bad halitosis. The bed i was asked to lie down on was half covered in paper that she had to go get. Not a very professional esthetic environment.
Excellent service from Neelam! She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. The service was done efficiently and with great care. Truly an amazing experience!
I have been going here for eyebrow threading for over 2 years and I always have the most amazing experience. The ladies that work here are all very welcoming especially Pretty. She is precise and takes her time to make sure you like the results! I can’t thank her enough!💖
