Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile, je l’aurais fait sans hésiter. Je suis allée avec ma sœur chez Sourcilogie au Carrefour Laval pour une épilation, et c’était tout simplement catastrophique. Déjà, l’épilation a été faite de façon brutale, sans soin ni douceur. Elle n’a même pas bien nettoyé la cire après, c’était douloureux et négligé. Rien de professionnel là-dedans. Mais le pire, c’est le résultat sur les sourcils de ma sœur : elle lui en a enlevé beaucoup trop d’un côté, complètement déséquilibrés maintenant. Et le plus iron... read more
VERY disappointed. I always go to this place and come out with perfect eyebrows. I have very full eyebrows and the technicians always know how to follow the form. Sadly today there was a new technician (I think?) and I felt she was overplucking my eyebrows. I told her to stop plucking in that area and she told me she "did this before" and continued to pluck. I left with a VERY LARGE space between my eyebrows. I’m never going there again and I don’t recommend going there.
