Horrible, horrible service. The rep Paola, sent me a cut and paste email that has all the wrong information for my convention. I called her just to try and get loaded in instructions today for the Rosen Centre in Orlando and she sends me a floor map!! Yes, I think I know where my booth is, because I bought it, Duh! Not what I asked for. On top of that their rentals have changed my long-standing order for chairs twice in the last week. Beware if the convention you are attending uses Source One.
