I ordered several items at my dental office. When they arrived, the outer package looked fine, but on the inside one of the boxes were open. The lidocaine box came already opened. The light curing tips 2/3 of the box contents were all over the bottom of the large packaging box. I took photos but this cite doesn't offer photo posting. This is definitely an issue with their shipping and packaging department.
Unpleasant experience that lasted three excruciating weeks! I have been given the run around from costumer service from the day I made my purchase, to find out that they have been doing nothing about my initial request to start with. I have been called “rude” on the phone, treated like the entire problem was something I created!! Costumer service, take a deep breath!! You are representing your company! Lack of satisfaction from your costumers is not going to help you thrive!
