I was recently working with Source 2 on a position. I went through 3 interviews but then it was decided I “wasn’t the right fit”. I asked for more feedback so I could do learn more from this experience. No response. Communication along the way was only received if I communicated with them including the final decision. They didn’t care about me as a person at all
