It is unfortunate that it has to come to this. We purchased 5 Package units 5 ton from York Source one WPB. There blower wheels failed after 2 years on all units. We process warranty through source one over the counter and there warranty process is a problem. Then they said all other must go through there website. They walk us through over the phone. First they did not go through. Tried to blame us for them not going through when clearly was a mistake on there part as they Processed this over the counter.2nd one over Website... read more

By far the most incompetent customer service out of every air conditioning manufacturer supply. I am assuming these people are not even trained. It is grace to feel so under value and unappreciated from my supply house that depends on contractors to be in business. What a disgrace.

I can honestly say, now that this location has the most mediocre, lack of professionalism, and just Outright the laziest counter, customer service people out of every single order A/C Supply. No wonder why even though it is a huge company nobody buys here
