DJ is efficient, kind, and exceptional at solving problems. He always goes out of his way to help customers, responds promptly to messages and emails, and treats everyone with patience and respect. I’ve tried calling other locations, but none compare to the service at DJ’s location. Honestly, I wish all other locations could be trained by DJ—because they truly need it!
Absolutely Terrible Service, Told me they had a compressor in stock and not the TXV , Then the next morning they tell me the opposite story. They need customer service training and updates in technology.
