first of all. we ordered a part and gave them a po. told it was going to take 2 to 3 business days to get in. waited until the 3rd day come to find out that they had never placed the order. Mind you this is a warranty part. So, we placed the order paid the extra to overnight this part they called told u the part is in we drive an hour on a Friday to pick the part up when we arrive, they said the didn't have it that something got messed up with the receiving in the warehouse. now i have to call this customer back to let them ... read more
Been 10 days without AC in GA heat with no urgency for customer needs on warranty part (compressor). Shipping from OKC to Forest Park,GA in 5-7 days? Not in the summer!! Won’t be buying another York, no matter how long the warranty.
