I've taken private gyrotonic sessions with Francesca and continue to take her gyrokinesis group class. Both experiences have been transformational for me in the way I connect with my body. Gyro helps me feel calm, alert, limber, and strong. Francesca is so attentive and it feels as though she can really see what's happening with my body. Every time she helps me make an adjustment, it's the right suggestion and I connect to my body even more.
As a long term client at another studio (previously), I was impressed that after just a few sessions with Francesca, I’ve become more efficient in my movement. I’ve benefited from Francesca’s “full presence” during our sessions, where she is an exceptionally keen observer and responsive, confident and creative teacher. I can wholeheartedly attest to the therapeutic benefits of Gyrotonic practice.

As a client since 2018, I have found Source Studio to be highly conducive to learning -- well-equipped, clean, and uncrowded, with no more than two privates occurring simultaneously. Francesca has a very kind and encouraging manner, as well as being immensely informative in my son's weekly gyrotonics sessions. His flexibility, balance, and strength are improving. She explains things well, and is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend it!
