I bought a table and six chairs for my balcony. The same day delivered I didn’t accepted 2 chairs because they where scratched and dirty. 5 months later the table broke under my hand ( see picture ) and when I called customer service they just ignored me without even trying to understand what happened to the table. Their answer was that they just won’t replace the table and that warranty doesn’t cover this .
DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I purchased a couch on Sept 7th. Delivery was scheduled for the 21st many people called ALL with a different story of why it could not be delivered. After hours of frustration from their lack of professionalism and COMMUNICATION they scheduled it for the 25th. Love Source Furniture! Purchased several items from ARIA collection in grey for our client's luxury condo in Brickell. Amazing design, extremely good quality. Communication with their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend them!
Great service and a great selection of outdoor furniture.
Contacted customer service regarding 2 tables literally falling apart- less than stellar help- although admitting manufacturing defect they were unwilling to replace pieces.

Styling is Exquisite! Their Design's are Clever, and Magnificent. The Color Range is Stunning every piece I have seen so far and in some of the Hotels. I would have to say that I would rate a 5 Star
