I normally don’t write bad reviews, but their billing department needs to change the way how they send customers to collections. A statement was made on 8/16/23, I didn’t receive it until September, close to Labor Day. And then I was sent to collections on 9/14/23 and I didn’t receive that statement until Mid October. In the photo, the envelope shows the mail being stamped on 10/10/23 of the bill that was made on 9/14/23. That means I didn’t receive the billing for collections until almost a month later and they barely gave ... read more
