Several family members have had therapy at Source 1 with great results.
Avoid this place and find a provider that is more professional and transparent in their billing. I had to speak to them multiple times to get them to correct their bills. They even billed me for a visit when I was sent back by the therapist saying that the treatment is already over. No service was provided on that day. I have promptly paid all the copays and the other cash payments as applicable immediately on the same day. They watched my first session, taught me a few exercises and that’s it. After that they would only tell me what to do, no supervision or help at all. What I really needed was some manipulation to start with, but they never touched me. On top of all, they charged me an extra 65 dollars for I don’t know what. I was always charged at check in, and the only time I cancelled I called 2 days in advance. I questioned that, and instead of responding they took me to a collection agency.
