I would like to say that Fai K from the Burlington location has been such a pleasure to work with. Customer service is top notch firstly, the cool Mesh pro chair is amazing as my partner has attested. I will say that once we establish a new home office, we will definitely be going back to acquire office furniture because of our personal experience. I’m being serious, give Fai a raise or a promotion. What a great person to deal with even with last minute requests.

Amazing customer service and products. I love my new ergonomic office chair which has all the adjustments possible and came at a very reasonable price. I was impressed with all the interactions and follow ups from both the sales and the support teams. The installation instructions were sparse but the video was very helpful in providing the additional details. I should not have waited until my knees started hurting to buy a proper office chair. Absolutely recommended for all office furniture needs.

We can’t say enough about the amazing customer service we received from Nathalia and the Service manager at Source. They helped us to solve an issue with our office chair. They went over and above our expectations. We can’t thank them enough for what they did for us. We will definitely go back for all our office needs!! Absolutely excellent place for office furniture!! And how refreshing to get such great service!! Thank you Nathalia and the Service manager. You are the best!!
