This is a spectacular store for office furniture. We have purchased chairs on two occasions. They do sell to the general public. They have at least 50 office chairs on display and you can try them out to your heart's content, until you find the perfect one. We did and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Fai was super helpful and even followed up after we received our chair. I 100% recommend you check it out. (Cheaper than Staples too!)
There is a wide variety of products to choose from and the pricing was extremely fair for quality items. Fai was very friendly, helpful, and patient as we tried to decide the best option for our budget and home office needs. We were in a rush to get the desk delieved before the end of the week (about 2 days after purchase). She immediately called the delivery team to confirm and coordinate our delivery.
