I am writing this review after owning the following: U-Shape desk, L-Shape desk, two dual monitor arms and a Filing cabinet. We purchased these items 13 years ago and the quality is unbeatable. We have moved twice, unassembled and reassembled the furniture is still in amazing shape. I would HIGHLY recommend the products. As for customer service. It too deserves 5 stars.
