I went for a massage with pain in my neck and shoulders. This is the first massage that almost cures my problem. Even after a week I still feel pain free with great range of motion in my neck.

I've been seeing Julie regularly for the past few years and consider her an instrumental part of my health and well-being. She has been able to help me through injuries and also has helped explain the causes of issues in my back, and recommended information and exercises to address them (and it worked!). I love how relaxed and aligned I feel after a session, and can't recommend her more highly!
