Good little gym. Nice bouldering area. Have had some very unfortunate interactions with staff members, and watched them interact with others in a disrespectful way as well. While I like the location, they’ve permanently lost our business. Poor staff communication internally, with climbers, and in general makes it a challenging place to patron. I wish this wasn’t the case.

Only climbing gym I've ever been to where i was told we had to be quiet so as not to disturb other climbers. I was there for and at a children's birthday party. We called ahead. We were told not to make a reservation if we had less than a dozen kids. We were not informed of any noise restrictions. It is accepted climbing culture to encourage and cheer for climbers typing routes, and that goes double for kids, or first time climbers. We were told not to do that, or even clap. Separate kids' area that lets kids practice without being in anyone's way. Also a good place, as an adult, to traverse.

My son had his first climbing experience here, and he absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and encouraging, and the environment felt very safe. We’ll definitely be coming back!
