Kris and Brad were beyond helpful with helping us correct our order when we made the mistake of ordering the wrong parts! Great customer service all around!
We bought a brand new electric pallet jack. Awesome product, envy of other workers, makes life so much easier for my back. Within 3 weeks, had a minor issue. Was originally not happy with the response, but once inquired about further, the company was able to make things right, with no hesitation. Being a small business and making such a large purchase, it was relieving to know they truly care about their customers, no matter how small. Will be purchasing more equipment from them in the future.
