Not surprised to see all the negative feedback on Danny Batterbee of DLB Flooring, Orlando, FL. He was a very good salesman, and personable, not to mention i found out we were both from Michigan while talking. He gave me what i thought was a good deal on some hardwood and i ordered more than i needed just in case i had some bad boards because Danny said it would be NO PROBLEM taking returns. me and my husband went to dlbs flooring source and we had a perfect time there.. the price was more then fair and the service was excellent... these people on here are just probably other flooring stores.. I strongly suggest people to use dlb flooring source.. we did and the job was done on time and we were very happy with the job.. Jan and mike branch

We purchased 1000 Square Feet of Robbins 1st Quality wood Flooring from DLB flooring. We were delivered 1000 square feet of Timberlake UNWARRANTED wood flloring which was obviosly factory seconds (maybe factory 3rd quality) wood flooring. Danny Battersby told us that factory made a mistake and he would fix the problem. We returned the wood to Mr. Battersby with the promise of receiving a full refund. Unfortunately, I have had the same HORRIBLE experience with this company. I waited 2 months for the flooring to be delivered after paying over $7000. Excuses began to pile up and NO wood flooring as promised. 1 year later I still dont have the wood flooring and this one man shop still preys on people paying him upfront for the perfect flooring and then keeping their hard earned money knowing there's not much they will do. This place is a "rip off" , Very unprofessional . Not organized either. Poor service ..Very over charged .The owner (I think) was talking on his phone the entire time i was in there . You get better service and prices at Home Depot
