While the atmosphere and staff are lovely and welcoming, my last two experiences at this spa have not been the best. I always come to get my Brazilian wax done but the last couple times I’ve been, there has been a lot left over that I’ve had to deal with myself once I’ve gotten home. I come to get all my hair removed, for over 60 dollars I shouldn’t have to go home and shave even though my hair is very thin and light. I have been coming to Sour Apple for 10+. Years The staff has always been wonderful and skilled. Just arriving you can relax you feel like you are at your favourite spa. The owner is always friendly here and happy. Hands on.
I had a glass facial today with Laura. It was AWESOME!!! The whole experience and the result were better than expected. Highly highly recommend!
