I was really excited to try the lasagna soup at Soups R Soups, but the dish fell quite short of what makes a classic lasagna soup so satisfying. The best way to describe it is like a "lazy man’s" or "poor man’s" version almost like Hamburger Helper and soup were mixed together. I have been wanting to try this for awhile. I finally did today. I am sorry to the owners but that was the most disgusting meal I’ve had in awhile. The chicken noodle soup is genuinely sickening, the Texas toast is just regular sliced white bread, the butter tart filling wasn’t cooked, so it spilled everywhere (it was liquid). The lasagna soup was meh, I was expecting better. I didn’t receive my cookie. I spend $50 so you don’t have to. Again, sorry for the small business owners but I am being honest. Good luck to you.

The place is small, mostly for take-out, but we needed a quick sit-down for a light lunch. The soup was delicious, the service fast and friendly. The bread that came with the soup was fresh. Will stop in again if I'm in the neighbourhood.
