I am not a client with this company, but a professional trying to obtain information per a client. I have sent several Faxes, but have yet to receive anything. However, the person I have talked to on the phone, in the past, is wonderful. Once this situation gets cleared up and we are on the same page, I am sure that my rating will go up.
Zena is amazing! She has went above and beyond to help my son not only hear at school but made it possible for him to do a sport he loves. As far as Robyn's rating please understand that Zena cant just give out medical filed/charts because you faxed her a paper. I'm the mother of the patient you are trying to get information about and I made it clear two years ago that I dont need your help so stop harassing Zena (Soundz) and try calling me. If it wasn't for Zena my son wouldn't have what help he does have.
Dogs are friendly loveable and nice. Best hearing aids I ever had in almost 22 years! Owner is super nice and friendly along with FANTASTIC shes all around amazing!
