I had been speaking for weeks with Gorilla by phone in hopes of resolving an issue (nothing to do with the actual product itself or the Soundz team). I rode from Tampa to Myrtle Beach just to do so and I am ABSOLUTELY glad I did! I had the Soundz SE speakers installed and they went through my entire bike with a fine tooth comb. Bought a used bike that had one of their systems installed, had a loose pod on the tour pack, stopped by at Bike Week and they fixed it no charge! That’s a company that stands by their products and installs. Thanks Soundz for the great sounding system and customer service!
Brought my bike in back in March to get some audio upgraded. From setting the appointment, to pulling out with some awesome Soundz - everything was 5 stars. Just took it back to them to add 2 more speakers and the exact same experience. Would recommend to anyone! Very knowledgeable, professional & friendly people.
