10/10 experience here today! Went in just looking at some options for a new head unit for my Japanese imported Subaru XV. James was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us some different options. He actually had a new screen in and when he demoed it for us, it sold it straight away! At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything at all. He had a cancellation this afternoon and got it all done within 2 hours no problem at all. Experienced some awesome customer service well there recently they are an amazing team to deal with when it come to subs and head units they looked after me would highly recommend them
