Knowledge, detail oriented and commitment to service. More-so James knows about everything he touches and unlike the majority of installers he will talk you through what you’ve decided to do. Blokes generous with his time not only did he accommodate my schedule he worked beyond his own in response to my mindless and inconsiderate request.
