I had a wonderful experience at Sound Works Hearing Center. It was a warm, friendly and welcoming experience. Myesha was very helpful and professional during my visit. Dr. Enrique was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend SoundWorks Hearing Center. Looking forward to my hearing aid service support in the future.
WASNT hearing PROPERLY so made appointment to ear cleaning, myesha , told me to come in. Josh looked at my aids, and took them into his area and came back with my aids PERFECTLY hearing as I didn't need cleaning only my aids , they are proficient , Myesha, Josh. I got my aids from there 2 years ago and so far so good .
Excellent reception from the office, and the audiologist. They are both careful to listen and respond intelligently and patiently to any question or problem. And to fully explain each procedure and options. I will wholeheartedly recommend their services.
Everyone there very professional and well trained.
