Tyler was very professional and checked my hearing. He explained much about hearing aides. But he would not give me a copy of my results unless I paid $120.00.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long before seeing the specialist. He was very cordial and professional. I felt at ease and the hearing video was very informative. After a series of hearing tests it was determined I needed one hearing aid. The specialist discussed the cognitive deficiency of not hearing well and showed me different hearing aids. Tyler and Kendra, we’re both professional and polite . Tyler was willing to go the extra mile to work me into his schedule, he also showed me what I needed to know about hearing aids, and how they worked, he even helped set up my phone. Tyler is very knowledgeable . Kenda was very nice and helpful about scheduling my next appointment, working with my hectic schedule.
They are always so helpful and friendly. They try to find your problem and work so hard to help correct it. Thankful that I found them . They have help me much.
