The office staff at the SoundWorks Hearing in Livingston is always friendly and prompt getting me in for my appointment . Will Langston takes time to hear and address any issues/concerns . He is patient with answering any questions I may have. I really appreciate the customer service.

While my wife was getting another adjustment, the receptionist made a shocking statement. (Cleveland, Tx location) Connie told me, If you have insurance pay you will get the older technology. If you pay out of pocket, you can have the newest tech that works much better. Well the garbage they delivered worked for the first few hours after every adjustment.
