They did a great job
Well, we have a new technician this time. I went in to see Anyika today, she seems like a very nice person. When I got home, I took my hearing aid out of my right ear because it seemed sort of funny, and I've cleaned the little earpiece that goes on the inside and then what I closed the battery back up, but it sounds like it has been put on permanent mute. I did call and leave a message in cleveland. Unfortunately, I cannot go back today. But I hope to get back there very soon.
Soundworks treat their clients like family and I'm completely satisfied professionalism. They make you feel comfortable.
Every one has been helpful and kind. Moms hearing aids heave definitely helped!
The first visit, Everyone was very nice, helpful and just treated us like family. It was quick, really only a 5 minute wait time and my husband was called into the back, and everyone was very helpful. He loves his new hearing aides (and so do I).
