Wonderful service after the purchase. You can’t go wrong. These folks genuinely care about making sure you are satisfied and getting the most out of the devices. I purchased the latest and greatest in AI technology constantly learning and adapting to my environment and I am very satisfied. As for the staff at this facility, Ms Connie and the specialist, Ms. Anyika, are the best!
I really like soundworks. The follow up appointments they did with me really helped me get my hearing aids tuned and set up. They do a great job and the experience is on going. I was in there today with a problem.
I thought something was wrong with one of my hearing aides because I couldn’t hear anything. I called Soundworks and explained the problem. They got me in to the Liberty location quickly. They cleaned my hearing aides and figured out the problem....user error. I'm technology challenged!🤷♀️They got them up and going and they did it fast. They are great in the Cleveland & Liberty locations!
