Very friendly people. Went in and got a hearing test and was out with a new pair of hearing aids. Staff was very polite and explained everything very well. Would highly recommend.
I was very impressed with the staff and how I was treated today. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and didn't feel unsafe with any of the testing. They explained every detail of what was going to happen and if I had any discomfort to tell them. The explanation of my hearing problems was given in great detail which I truly appreciated. I will refer anyone needing hearing aids to this office. Thank you SoundWorks Liberty, Texas!
