Had a great experience the lady was truthful and helpful. She explained how crossover Hearing aids work and my ears were too small. I will go back if I have any trouble with the hearing aids I have and she said they would be happy to help me with them even though I bought them somewhere else.

I have had my hearing aids well over a year and am totally satisfied. The Soundworks staff are knowledgeable, professional, and are always happy to help with any question.
