Mr. robinson was a great help. Very professional
New Manager Grant was extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my hearing aids. Sent them into be repaired. Hearing test revealed further hearing loss. No pressure sales. He allowed me to try out another set while mine are being worked on. So far I do like the Sharkey brand better than what I had.
