Amazing service. Goes the extra mile to fit your hearing aids properly. Follow-up service is very professional.
Glenn York from Sound Works was very helpful to me during my hearing test, and let me try on the new upgraded hearing aid. I was very comfortable to wear and the sound was much clearer and balanced than the 1st generation one that I use now. I also love the fact that the hearing aid has a waterproof design and up to a 51 hour battery life. The receptionist was very helpful to me as well. She contacted my insurance company and helped me with that.
