SoundWorks is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I feel that I am treated with respect and kindness. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have yet to be disappointed by them.
The staff was very friendly and the audiologist gave me general knowledge of my results. However, I was charged $120 because of a referral from my doctor. I was informed that if I didn’t have that referral, it would have been free. I do not understand the logic in that.
Professional and friendly staff. Dr York and Sherry are the best!
