I recently had a great experience at Soundworks in Riverside, where I had a 15” Kicker Solobaric L7 installed in my Mercedes. I went to Soundworks to repair the installation of a dash cam that another stereo shop that will go nameless (a local ocean) did a poor job. This shop is a father-and-son operation, and they were nothing but professional from the start. They explained the problem, showed pics and videos of the fix, and now my system is perfect. I wish I would have gone to them from the beginning.
