Bad experience. Customer service was bad from the start very rude, not worth wasting your time. Installers also do a poor job & don’t owe up for it.
Did not have the best service in terms of getting my truck done right the first time. Do not go here! Will not recommend getting installed here or buying parts! They will take advantage of you if you don’t know what you are looking to get.
Very bad experience coming here. Apparently the installer is very inexperienced. Came for a simple double din install I had on another car. All of a sudden the screen is defective. I bought a new one on the spot. Guy came back and said it was ready. I get on the truck and test it before I take off. I couldn’t get a Bluetooth connection and the volume wouldn’t change. Customer service was horrible, the employee looked like he was frustrated from the start, I didn’t bother for further service and walked out.
