They should be 10 stars!!! Mitch is Sales is exceptional! I went in with little idea on what I wanted or needed for a new audio system for my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Mitch asked great questions and was able to give me a recommendation on a system that far exceeded my expectations. Not only is the system great, but it was $1000+ less than their competition! If you need audio, go to Soundwaves and you will not be disappointed!
Mitchell and Jim were very professional and I love their hospitality. Mitchell took the time to show me how to operate my new system. This is the second vehicle that I have had serviced there and not one time have I had an issue. I will continue to return back to them whenever I need a new sound system. Keep up the good work.
They fixed my Subwoofers for an inexpensive reasonable price. Their customer service is great as well. Will be returning here for all my Audio and Speaker purchases!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Soundwaves. Terrible service all around. Immediately when I got into my vehicle after the install was “finished” they didn’t install my bass knob, My gain level was turned up so high to the point my subs were clipping, and to top it all off they also told me they would order the cable for my bass knob and fix the issues with the install and re-schedule for a later date.
