the installer did a nice job on my audio system other then the radio did not get any fm or am signal Dave said he would send someone out to investigate but never called me back for that and never heard another word from them I will never go there again terrable customer service all the way around the sales reps all tell you they will call you back and never do terrable communication too update Dave called me back and sent Chad there installer out right away and Chad fixed the problem with my signal I am pleased with there se... read more

Definitely recommend soundwaves. Went in to get issue fixed from another installer ,(traffic jams audio in Utica) looked at it same day and found the issue . Also I wanted to add a sub was told by traffic jams not possible need switch out all speakers cost for 2k to 3k. Asked soundwaves about if that was possible to add, told me that's np for more then half the price. Definitely recomend soundwaves had them install the sub and fix rest of wiring issues very knowledgeable.
Nice work.... staff took time to help me pick the rite set up for wat i wanted hid the amp for a clean look 👌 a lil pricey but im happy
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Soundwaves. Terrible service all around. Immediately when I got into my vehicle after the install was “finished” they didn’t install my bass knob, My gain level was turned up so high to the point my subs were clipping, and to top it all off they also told me they would order the cable for my bass knob and fix the issues with the install and re-schedule for a later date.
