I had an amazing experience here. From when we first got in Diana made us feel welcome and at home even though we were a little late due to the roads. The audiologists working with me were very kind, and thorough for the whole process. Afterwards they walked me and my wife through the diagnoses and treatments to come. Overall, very pleasant experience and highly recommend this clinic! Thank you!

The customer service is second to none. All members of the staff go above and beyond to provide the service you need. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to insure your hearing needs are met and you understand every step of the process. Especially Shaheed, he helped me navigate the complicated VAC system and got me the hearing aids I needed. Thank you very much. I strongly recommend Soundwave hearing, and have recommended them to family and friends.
I took my 86 yr old mother to see the audiologist Shaheed Murji at Soundwave. He was knowledgeable, professional and caring. He was the first audiologist to explain the detail behind my mother's hearing tests and did this in a respectful way, treating her with dignity and knowing exactly how to communicate with her. I would highly recommend Shaheed to anyone needing advice, feedback or help with their hearing or hearing aids. Thank you Shaheed!
