We had the absolute best experience with Soundwave Entertainment for our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! From the very beginning, Wendy (the owner and office manager) was beyond fantastic. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process—she was always quick to hop on a call, answer questions, and offer amazing vendor recommendations. Soundwave ensured that our wedding day was as tailored to what we wanted as possible. They create a portal in which they cover every little detail. Your selected DJ will call you a few days before your event just to confirm details and go through your timeline. They are so communicative and willing to do whatever to make your event perfect. Planning was stress free with Wendy. DJ David got almost everyone on the dance floor. Lighting was stunning. All around, a great experience!
