They were very effective for me and made a big impact on my health and fitness, rolling back years of middle age neglect. I’ve been coming to the 5:00 am class for 3 years, and this gym has the perfect balance of hard work and fun. On Saturdays they even put out a bouncy castle for kids and provide babysitting so parents can get their workout in. The gym hosts competitions that build strength, endurance, and camaraderie. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to work with beginners to make sure technique comes first. Plus, there’s a physical therapist onsite, which is such a bonus. Supportive community atmosphere, we have a ton of fun and make each other better. Really enjoy how everyone pushes me harder than I think I can. The atmosphere is about moving your body and being smart with your form as opposed to purely being competitive although there is playful competition as well!
