This is a great facilities! It has all I am looking for to achieve my fitness goals. Awesome equipment, very clean, and best of all. a friendly staff! Special shout out to Jo, who came in on a Sunday morning to let me in to get my fob so I could so my legs. Love ATF!

Once upon a time, I discovered a great gym that provided really good, small group fitness classes. They were very effective for me and made a big impact on my health and fitness, rolling back years of middle age neglect. But after a job change and a move, I spent several years looking for a gym with a similar workout. Finally, earlier this year, my daughter discovered Soundview.
