It's now 40 degrees and there is NO HEAT!! WHERE IS THE HEAT?!??????? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE 🥶🥶🥶🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I have to use my stove to keep warm. You get your rent and we should get HEAT
