Great service at a reasonable price. Transformed the sound in my old ute. Clean installation and fast turn around.Â
Terrible customer service. Rang them to ask if they had a product in stock, they told me they don’t even sell the brand. Visited their store and I found it. This happened on April 15, 2025. Even worse, they can’t even recall it happening.Â
While Honza and Soundtech have become dealers focussed on B2B rather than B2C, when I called Honza as a consumer he took his time to listen to my requirements of a sound system upgrade and then recommend the product package, and looking at my budget advised me to go about in stages which actually was more feasible for me.
