Great People Great Service and they are trustworthy mechanics.
Not happy No good!! Tore my tire mounting it to the rim. Instead of replacing or reimbursing they mounted an old dry rotted tire on. Well me and my 2 month old have to make a 7 hr trip on Monday. The car already left us sit in less than a day after mounting tires, if does again due to tires, they will hear how unsatisfied I really am. Stand behind your work!
Excellent Service; Reasonable Prices I have seen this company stay past closing time to make sure a customer isn't stranded. Without charging extra. They do good work. My one and only complaint is that I wish they would do state inspections. PROS: CONS: Don't do state inspections.
Fast, friendly, and professional These guys are great. I'm moving in a few days and have noticed my brakes grinding lately, but only the first time I drive in a day. They were able to look at it the day I called. They didn't hear the sound but kept it overnight to see if they could hear it on a fresh start. The problem was just rust on the rotors. They didn't do a bunch of stuff (like change the brake pads that were fine) that I didn't need so they could charge me, and they were very friendly. If you need some good work done... read more
Timely, thorough, and flexible I love that I can make an appt and that appt time is honored. You definitely need an appt. Usually they can get you in the same day or the next day for an oil change. The shop is relatively small and they know their customers. It's very clean and up-to-date. They take the time to listen and explain. I appreciate the fact that they give me options (ex. this HAS to be done, you can get by without this until you have a bit more money, this isn't necessary but will improve the gas mileage, etc.) Mo... read more
located on 158 I had a pretty good experience there. Service is by appointment only. I believe they do now do state inspections. The map provided was not helpful, they are located ON hwy 158 south of S. spot rd (and N. spot rd as well). They have a big sign albeit kind of faded.
Excellent!!! There is no other word for Soundside. I have used this place as my ONE car care source for well over 10 years and would never go anyplace else. John and his staff are efficient but most of all, honest. I am recommending Soundside Automotive highly.
