We just had our water access cottage floor insulated by Soundseal. It was a complicated job with limited room for access. They were professional, worked extremely hard and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them.
This review is in regards to the latest 1 star review made by Eric Hardcastle. I'm the owner of Supreme Tech Insulation and it was brought to my attention this review was made claiming we covered work done by Sound Seals Insulation, this is not correct, we have not done so, nor have we an Eric Hardcastle in our records. I'm not sure who he is, but what I do know is that Sound Seals is a long standing respected insulated contractor in this area and can be fully trusted to complete projects at the highest standard.
Very unprofessional and terrible customer care, specifically from the office manger. Very rude on the phone! They came to do a residential job for me, didn't finish and then never came back. This company may have been good at one point, but their service is going down hill. I would not recommend this company at all, Supreme Tech Insulation is a much better provider ! They came in and fixed the sloppy workmanship left by SoundSeals and got the job done !

Soundseal did the insulation in my new build and they were on time and great to deal with. I recommend this company to anyone who is needing their services!
