My daughter needs a hearing test for a painful ear problem. The doctor wouldn't stay 15 fiftenn minues late to help. We had a 10:30am appointment, my daughter was late she is 16, we could have been there 10 minutes late. The doctor closes at 12 on Friday. No real explanation, just moved her 2 weeks down. My daughter was crying, I'm furious. This doctor is out of touch, and sadly only one of two choices we have. So frustrating. I'd rather drive to Denver than pay her a dollar for anything.
I am from out of town and had a problem with my hearing aids. The problem was handled very professionally and expeditiously. Thank you very much
Dr. Stine helped my grandmother with her new Oticon hearing aids. The process was both easy and quite streamlined. My grandmother can be stressed out very easily when it comes to both big purchases and learning "new age technology," but both of those weren't an issue working with Dr. Stine. She's definitely a go-to here in the valley for hearing related needs.
