Tracy is fabulous. She deployed her considerable skills to fit me up with a middle of the range device that suited my needs, rather than a top of the range device that I did not need but would cost me double (where the latter had been recommended elsewhere). The effect of the device is fabulous. I can hear birds like magpies sing as I heard them as a youth, hear conversation in noisy crowds and even hear Champaign corks pop from across the hall in such a very noisy situation. Professional but personal service from Tracy who's knowledge is limitless. Hearing loss is so personal and it is so important to get it right. I felt secure in the knowledge that Tracy would direct me in the right way. She was patient and it took me a while to find the right hearing aids. Unlike other companies she didn't push me or give me the big pitch . I trust her and would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing problems.
Tracey was amazing. I didn't realise how bad my hearing was and how much it effected my speech. Tracey was caring, honest and mindful of my feelings. I am very impressed with the service I received.

This is a very very long overdue review but I can also say ditto to the others who have testified to Tracy’s care and absolute integrity. She is extremely patient and a joy to deal with. As a first time “Reluctant” user of hearing aids I have found that her help in selecting the right ones for what I needed as a guitar maker was critical. Not to mention just being able to hear the detail that was missing in group conversations.
