I recently received the soundproof windows. Richard was always extremely responsive to all texts, emails, and phonecalls. However, I am not receiving the sound reduction that I was expecting. I am not receiving the 75-95% sound reduction that is advertised. The noise that I am trying to resolve is motorcycle and car revving engine noises. Super happy with Richard's product! We live on a busy street in Cambridge, MA. The noise from the cars was constant and driving us so crazy we thought we'd have to move. We got Richard's soundproof windows installed and now our home is quiet and peaceful and we don't notice any noise unless we are really paying close attention. Thanks Richard!

It was a pleasure working with Richard to soundproof my house. He worked with me through the process of measuring and ordering and the soundproofing after install is phenomenal. Way better than the indow window inserts. Highly recommend

The installation was easy once I figured out the system and so far the results have been spectacular. I placed a siren outside the window and we couldn’t hear it whatsoever until we opened the soundproofing solution.
