My husband and I first got hearing aids at the center in Casa Grande, AZ, with excellent care given by Dr. Shepel. After moving four years ago, we transferred our care to the clinic in Bullhead City and then Lake Havasu with Alex Boseant. She has continued to give us excellent care and service. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and always knows exactly how to solve any problem we may have. We love our hearing aids, especially mine since I got brand new ones this year! I have been with them for 4 years and they have never let me down. They have great service and great personal service. I would still be going to them but my insurance has changed and they cannot meet my covered providers cost.
After 20 years wearing hearing aids I can finally hear. Very professional and she knew what to do to help me by using 3 different tests. I will wear my hearing aids everyday now.
