Recommended5 Stars! I like the customer service, from the front desk person to the tech people. I have trouble with my left ear and have made two trips to fine tune the hearing aid. I appreciate the follow up service to tweak that side. Always feel welcome and a getter done attitude.
Mom just had a hearing aid checkup today. Allison was excellent understanding what adjustments needed to be done. She asked the right questions and put Mom at ease though out the whole process! We hope Allison stays @ the Surprise office for a LONG time!
