I went in for a cleaning and an adjustment last week and I am very happy with the service and the results.
I scheduled an appointment for the free hearing exam. Received a phone call the day of my appointment telling me that the Dr. at their office can not see me because she does not except my insurance. I asked why do i need to give you insurance information if it is a free exam? She said in case I do need hearing aids. That just dont sound right to me. Its the free exam is what i wanted to find out if hearing aids would help me.
I was given a free exam and I was made to feel very comfortable and given a lot of good information about caring for my ears and the use of hearing aids. I didn't feel that I needed the hearing aids at this time but when I do I will be back.
