Lovely couple always helpful and great prices, have gone above and beyond to look after me and have been to the store a few times now.
Never go to that place. I asked for a radio to be installed and he charged $350, he said he would call me and never did, when I came back he was done and said he couldn't configure the steering wheel controls because he didn't have the software. After I paid I noticed that he activated the airbag warning light, he said he didn't do it but that's a lie. He wouldn't answer. Now I'll have to find a mechanic to fix that.
Bought a amplifier from them was working for 3 days then started going into protection mode, contacted the shop and they said we have to contact pioneer service centre, was kept educating waiting for over a hour before they received confirmation back from the pioneer rep that they would send the Amp back to pioneer to have it inspected it took an extreme amount of time to get them to do the right thing, they would not offer a refund or replacement, they kept saying they didn't want to get involved and said they don't need to... read more
Had my High End amplifier cover losted and took no responsibility for it ! They blamed me for not coming back for it.. 2 weeks later
I had my Pioneer radio installed for a reasonable price. William and Vivian are absolute professionals. Installation took around 30 minutes . Hi highly recommend them.... cannot understand as to how they can get that many bad reviews.... sounds like sour grapes or some have a hidden agenda.
