I had a very good experience with the purchase and support of my hearing aids. The staff is professional, yet approachable. In fact, Sarah alerted me to a problem with one of my hearing aids that I wasn’t even aware of. Since the aids were under warranty, I am getting a new set which will improve my hearing. Highly recommended!
SoundGate is a modern clinic with all the latest technology. I've been a patient there for over 4 years. Cara was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. December 22, 2025: I continue to have the BEST of service from Dr. Binfet and her staff. Very professional, the caring. They are so helpful and kind. Joel is wonderful!! Last summer we got my mom's hearing aid repaired at Soundgate Edina location with Joel. I was in a tough situation as I live 1300 miles away and my mom is 96. Joel took care of everything, making my life so much easier. My mom broke her hearing aid again when she fell last month....thankfully it was under warranty from earlier this last summer.... and they honored it at no cost.
