Just had my yearly hearing test at Soundgate Hearing. And as always the service by Dr Sara and Joel was outstanding.
I had previously been a hearing aid wearer but came to Dr Sarah Binfet on a recommendation. Dr Sarah continues to strive to improve my hearing. Currently thinking of looking into Cochlear implants and was relieved to know that my relationship with Dr. Sarah will continue. I am very happy with that.......
I am very happy with my care at Soundgate. It was nice to be able to try a demo hearing aid to decide if I needed one. Now that I have one it has been very easy to go in for adjustments. I would recommend Soundgate to friends and family.
Kara was fantastic and her attention to detail with our 11 year old made the fitting and adjustment go smooth!
