I replaced my stereo at Soundcraft a few years ago and my experience was phenomenal. Fast forward to me getting some work done on my car at the dealership and when I picked it up my stereo wasn’t working properly. The staff told me to stop by and got it back working within minutes no questions asked. 10/10 experience everytime!
Brought my new-to-me 2013 SLK in for a CarPlay and backup camera retrofit. The crew did an amazing job. Seamless integration and sound.
Update to my below: Tony and his crew recently did a fantastic job installing my Dash Cam & Remote Start. Cannot say enough great things about this team and the work they do. Hands down, the best customer service ever. Bar none! My JL Audio install sounds freaking amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained the install process, elevating any worries I had about the audio install on my 22 Subaru Outback.
Tony is amazing and does everything great! The best place in CT to get any systems done!
