Biggest piece of crap company I've ever seen. I rented a place for 16 years. During covid they tried illegally raising my rent and when attorney general contacted they retaliated against me and I got a 60 day notice to vacate because she lied under oath that they were selling it. A year and a half later they are renting it for double the price they turned a barn into 2 separate one bedroom apartments for 1500 a piece and utilities paid . DON’T do it no matter what few good things you read. 28 reviews and I live in a community sound built that has horrifying problems and they ignore calls,messages and if your lucky to reach someone one live they will tell you your out of warranty or it’s not their problem. We have been fighting them to fix all the 1year warranty and we’re going on our 3rd year. But they are fixing critical stuff finally after we hired an attorney. We shouldn’t have had to go to these measures but we could afford to hire one most of our street... read more
